Let’s not compare this phone with a major contract phones airlines – you can not. This phone and most of all other Tracfone, Net10, Straight Talk (etc.) are built to a price and sold at low prices. In this case, $ 20.00. You can not compare their build quality and features of phones that cost $ 150 to $ 300 from the airlines. But they are surprisingly good for the cheap prices they sold for.
